This has to be the best Chinese food I've ever had! So the food has really developed complex flavors while still being really subtle and not overbearing. That is a sign of a master chef to make simple and subtle food unbelievably delicious. Also I can recommend their ulong tea. Again it was the best olong I've ever had. They use high quality tea that is full size tea leaves with no stems of flakes.
It was delicious food. I have been several times in China and I could say that this place gives you an experience of real Chinese food. My husband and I ordered Beijing duck, dim sum, and fried rice. Everything was great. The service was good. We did not wait for long, they brought us food so quickly.
